The Site’s Limited Role

This private reference site does not store official records and cannot determine custody, authorize a release, or submit a government filing. It organizes links and practical guidance for Kimble County jail and release records, Texas corrections information, court sources, and independent research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use information to stalk, threaten, or harass anyone.
• Do not rely on site information for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.

We do not operate those destinations or endorse their content, privacy practices, or terms, and we are not responsible for their availability. Review each provider’s rules before using it.

• The service will remain available without interruption;
• Code will be free from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses; or
• A partner search will return a complete set of results.

Custody and public-record information can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement of the Kimble County Sheriff’s Office, TDCJ, a court, or another government agency.

Texas Law Controls

These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas. References on this site to government-record access include the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code chapter 552, but that law governs requests to public bodies and does not turn this private site into a records custodian.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as necessary to make it enforceable where the law permits.
